PPDHR app gives an opportunity to the Admin to send out job invites to multiple phlebotomists at the same given point of time. Job is allotted to the phlebotomist who first accepts the job. Phlebotomist can also apply for leave through this app. They also have the privilege of swiping-in and swiping-out as part of attendance tracking system.
